UAV's payload includes a gyro-stabilized block of three(3) fixed black & white television cameras: a forward-down-looking camera, a down-looking camera, and a constant zoom(magnified vision) down-looking camera.

Russian engineered UAV can transmit real-time(Live) television pictures, wide-scale ones of areas observed and enlarged images of points of interest (along with their geographic coordinates) via the downlink to the mobile ground control unit, and the control unit operator can capture and save(record) selected pictures in form of digital photos. The control unit can relay the photos onto the local computer network (has its own LAN) and via the radio channel - to the internet.

Flight control is mostly automated and self-contained (includes a commercial GPS receiver), the operator can drive the UAV towards a point of interest, simply with a mouse-click.
